Portland Sports Complex is seeking an Events Team Member to deliver exceptional guest services and assist with coordinating facility events and parties. You will greet guests, register participants, answer questions and help maintain a high level of customer care in a dynamic environment at our Portland, TX location.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, strong communication skills, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Flexible work hours including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work well with others and take initiative for the team.
• Commitment to safety and well-being of others.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred or quick study.

Responsabilités

• Provide first point of contact for guests and deliver excellent guest service.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins and other programs.
• Greet guests, provide information and wayfinding; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Record waivers, event information and scores; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating events and parties; track details and inventory.
• Communicate clearly with managers and event hosts to ensure proper setup and cleanup.
