The Guest Services Team Member at Artesia Community Center & Aquatic Center provides the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, information-rich service and maintaining knowledge of programs and offerings.

This part-time, non-exempt role at Artesia, NM, requires excellent communication, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction while supporting event operations and front-desk duties.

Qualificações

• Able to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school through adult.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations.
• Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow team members.
• Must work well with others.
• Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venue.
• Commitment to the safety and well-being of others.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding.
• Provide courteous, first-in-class service to all guests.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs and pricing.
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Record waivers and event information.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and team member information.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or direct to a manager.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as needed.
