Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, and assisting with merchandise selection to meet Guest needs.

You will also perform cashiering, merchandise presentation, and routine store upkeep while upholding Buckle’s policies and guest service standards. This is a part-time role requiring schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Assist Guests in locating or selecting merchandise based on needs.
• Perform cashiering and register procedures, including opening/closing cash drawers.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and store policies.
• Ensure store is clean, organized and shoppable and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
