Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in a part-time role to assist Guests, stock and merchandise the store, and support daily operations. You will greet Guests, answer questions, and help locate items while upholding Buckle's customer service standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, loss prevention, and contributing to a positive store culture. This position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and maintain security practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service in all Buckle areas.
• Answer questions and help Guests locate merchandise.
• Maintain and build Guest relationships to develop client-based business.
• Open/close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Follow policies regarding payments, exchanges, and loss prevention.
