Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end duties: cashiering, bagging, money order/electronic payment machines, postal, copies, lottery, Western Union, etc.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; conduct cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager when needed.
