• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details and room rate, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, and guiding guests to their rooms or bell staff.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensuring accurate billing, processing payments, handling currency exchanges as needed, and documenting services.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of hotel information such as room categories, rates, packages, promotions and local area details to answer questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Field guest complaints, research and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
