Highgate Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent for Courtyard Las Vegas. You will provide attentive service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while maximizing occupancy and assisting guests with requests, including making Starbucks drinks on request.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, hours, and local attractions.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts with courtesy and efficiency.
• Manage packages, mail, and messages for guests and meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports.
• Make Starbucks drinks for guests upon request and maintain the area.
