Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Guest Service Agent for Courtyard Las Vegas. You will provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout, and assist with Starbucks drink orders upon request.

The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction and efficient front desk operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate shift documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per standards.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and hours of operation.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for closing of shift.
