Job summary

Century Hospitality is hiring at Fairfield by Marriott in Triadelphia, WV for a Guest Services/Housekeeping/Laundry role. You will check guests in and out, handle deposits and payments, and maintain a welcoming front desk.

A strong focus on guest satisfaction and knowledge of rewards programs is required. Responsibilities include assisting guests with requests, coordinating with staff for reservations, and keeping the lobby and public areas tidy and secure.

Qualifications

• Provide high quality guest service at all times.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and politely.
• Post charges and collect payments following cash handling procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about rewards program and promotions.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area neat and presentable.
• Move luggage up to 40lbs and handle requests.
• Adhere to company policies and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
• Process check-ins/outs and manage room assignments and upgrades.
• Record guest charges, process payments, and balance cash at shift end.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and assist with reservations and promotions.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure security and safety standards.
