Responsibilities include checking guests in, answering queries about the hotel and local area, resolving issues with a customer-first approach, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Provide exceptional guest service and act as a resource for hotel information.
• Promote and upsell hotel programs per hotel policy.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
