Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for The Belgrove in West Palm Beach. This role oversees the luxury hotel dining operation, ensuring exemplary service, quality standards, and cost controls across the department.

As part of our team, you will attend weekly meetings, coordinate with other departments and guests, and support hiring and training initiatives to build a high-performing Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant within a luxury hotel or full-service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Well organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food and Beverage operation to achieve fiduciary and quality goals.
• Attend weekly meetings, relaying information about upcoming events to staff.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients or potential clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure that standards of food, beverage and service quality are commensurate with a first-class operation.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize systems for inventory, receiving and product utilization.
• Lead by following productivity standards for food & beverage personnel.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
