Job summary

SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown, operated by Sage Restaurant Group, is hiring to oversee the breakfast service and deliver a quality dining experience for guests. You will prepare breakfast items, ensure food safety, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, timely service, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel setting. Starting rate is $19.29 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth at a dynamic downtown property managed by Sage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months of experience in a similar breakfast/restaurant role preferred.
• Must be fluent in English, with basic math and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be dependable and prompt, arriving on time and ready to work in a clean uniform and a nametag.
• Prepare breakfast food and beverage items and set out all hot and cold food items following all food safety regulations.
• Replenish all food and beverage items during the meal period. Keep all items fully stocked even up until the last minute we are open.
• Greet each guest as they arrive for breakfast. Assist with service if required and replenish coffee as time permits.
• Learn about the hotel’s guests through conversations – to be measured by a minimum standard of learning three pieces of information about at least 10 of the hotel’s guests per day.
• Create and maintain a pleasant presentation for breakfast.
• Maintain a clean breakfast area, store food and remove all trash.
