Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in administrative, office, or customer service role.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with hotel property management system preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests by verifying identity and reservation details with courteous service.
• Create reservations and maintain guest profiles in the property management system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and manage a till following procedures.
• Document guest interactions requiring follow-up accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, room types, packages, and promotions.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
