JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service while performing all front desk functions including guest registration, reservations, cashiering, and guest account settlement. Serves as a primary point of contact for hotel guests and promotes Blue Lake Casino & Hotel amenities, services, and promotions while ensuring accurate administration of the property's guest management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent and one year of prior administrative, office, or customer service experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
