Job summary

My Place Hotels of America is seeking a detailed and guest-focused Guest Services Representative for the My Place Hotel in Bismarck, ND. You will be the central contact from check-in to check-out, ensuring seamless stays with a friendly approach.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Part-time shifts include early mornings and evenings with bonus potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, record charges per hotel policy.
• Provide information on the hotel, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and address guest concerns.
• Operate the phone system, take and transfer calls, record messages, and manage wake-up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain front desk records, Night Audit checklist, cash and call logs, and report issues to the GM.
• Monitor safety: inspect property, doors, lighting, and respond to security concerns.
• Promote Stay Rewarded loyalty program to guest.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and stocking supplies, including coffee bar and common areas.
• Deliver guest supplies and manage keys/cards for staff.
• Assist housekeeping when needed.
