Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Representative to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to campground guests prior to arrival and during their stay.

You will register guests, issue keys, record site occupancy, manage reservations, and handle payments while keeping the store tidy and stocked. The role requires fluent English, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk per KOA standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with kindness while maintaining campground standards.
• Prepare shift and downtime reports as required.
• Answer inquiries about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Manage messages, packages, and mail promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communications and teamwork with staff across departments.
• Handle cash drawer following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked and organized store and displays.
• Support revenue growth through upselling ancillary services.
