Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information and confirming room rates.
• Assist guests with check-out using the POS system, handle payments, and process various forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, room categories, rates, packages, and local area; answer guest questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
