National Health Foundation seeks a Guest Service Shift Lead in Ventura, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role pays $19.00–$22.00 per hour and requires completing a background check, LIVE scan, and TB test. Friday–Tuesday 3:00PM–11:30PM with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

On-the-job training provided to develop guest services and care skills. The position focuses on safety, guest intake, rapport building, and coordinating with nursing, social services, and partners on-site while maintaining records

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in healthcare or recuperative care preferred.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all staff, guests, and visitors.

Mansioni

• Ensure safety and security of the recuperative care facility and conduct daily inspections.
• Greet guests and provide orientation of program guidelines, building rapport.
• Lead engagement activities and address guest requests.
• Assist nursing, social services and partners with on-site appointments.
• Maintain bed availability and documentation; track supplies as needed.
• Keep shift notes, incident reports and emergency drill records up to date.
• Adhere to NHF policies, attend trainings, and uphold dress code.
