Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store staff and oversee daily operations at our location. You will deliver strong customer service, help keep facilities well-maintained, and support management in achieving service standards.

The role requires flexibility for nights, days, weekends and holidays, with pay starting between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour. We offer benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within a large network of travel centers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• The ideal candidate would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers.
• Self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Knowledge of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
