Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and ensuring accuracy in daily transactions.
• Ability to supervise a small team and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers and process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area and stocking duties.
• Promote products using suggested selling methods and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, policies, and procedures.
