Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Front Desk/Shift Lead at our Edmond, OK travel center to manage a small team of cashiers and ensure fast, friendly service for every guest.

You will supervise cash handling, complete end-of-shift reports, promote products, resolve guest issues, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while following company guidelines.

Offering competitive hourly pay from $11.54 to $16.08 with weekly pay, benefits options, and a flexible schedule to fit student or family needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers and process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow guidelines on restricted merchandise sales (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues by following company processes; communicate issues to management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with deli, showers and restrooms, stocking, making coffee, etc.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
