MCR seeks a bartender to join the Hilton Garden Inn Denver team in Englewood, Colorado. You will greet guests, explain drinks and menus, maintain bar organization, stock supplies, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires hospitality experience, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts. Training on standards and safety will be provided, with a flexible schedule and team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of drink preparation and bartending best practices.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide friendly service with a smile to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly.
• Maintain proper setup and organization of the bar area.
• Stock beverages, garnishes, and related bar supplies.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings and participate in team efforts.
• Input orders into POS and handle payments accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the bar and surrounding areas.
