Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Denver, Englewood, CO, seeks an Engineering professional to maintain guest rooms and public spaces, respond to repair requests, and support hotel operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow safety guidelines, conduct full property walks, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliability, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Applicants should be 18+, flexible, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade or Vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Effective listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Desire to serve all guests.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clock in/out on time; avoid working off the clock; break times per schedule.
• Provide sufficient notice when calling out.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion in the work order system.
• Keep room and public-space maintenance up to date per the PM program.
• Ensure safety measures and health codes are followed; report emergencies to supervisor.
• Perform full property walks at shift start/end and note any needs.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas during shift and before departure.
