Job summary

Palette Hotels is seeking a Server to deliver friendly, professional service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure hospitality standards are met.

You will set tables, assist with beverages, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding health and safety regulations. Prior hospitality experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Obtain government licenses/certifications as required.
• Ability to multi-task across service stations.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• High emphasis on clear, courteous communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Set up tables with linen, service ware, and glassware.
• Attend pre-shift meetings regarding service expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests quickly and courteously.
• Serve food/beverages as directed by supervisor.
• Bus dishes and replenish beverages as needed.
• Restock stations and perform side work.
• Maintain health standards and comply with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
