Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality in Killington, Vermont, is seeking a server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure accuracy and substitutions. The role requires knowledge of menu items, dietary restrictions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events; High School Diploma or GED; pay is $20 per hour with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs

Responsibilities

Greet the guest and take all food and beverage orders.
Ensure all orders are accurate with requests and substitutions.
Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions.
Pre and post bus tables in assigned station.
Prepare food items for guests such including appetizers, sides and desserts.
Assist other servers with their tables.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards.
Follow safety and security procedures.
Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
