Peregrine Hospitality is hiring a server to greet guests, take and serve food and beverage orders, and ensure accuracy with substitutions. You will maintain knowledge of menu items and dietary restrictions while supporting other servers and upholding safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of hotel or banquet experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work varied shifts. You will be part of a team focused on exceptional guest service and efficient operation.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
• Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Mansioni

• Greet the guest and take all food and beverage orders.
• Ensure all orders are accurate with requests and substitutions.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions.
• Pre and post bus tables in assigned station.
• Always maintain a clean dining area.
• Responsible for receiving all payments accurately and timely.
