SUMMARY

To welcome and provide information to guests and team members. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in the department's guest service standards.

REQUIRED TRAINING (provided)

• Treasure Island guest service training
• TIPS training and certification
• Basic CPR/First Aid training
• Any position-related training as determined by department manager

PHYSICAL DEMAND

• Must be able to sit, walk or stand and exert fast-paced mobility, when necessary
• Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend, kneel and stoop
• Must be able to reach and twist routinely
• Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely
• Must have the ability to independently lift up to 25+ pounds occasionally
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Must have good eye hand coordination
• Must be able to operate foot pedals
• Must be able to physically see and identify persons/property
• Must be able to physically hear conversation in person and over radio equipment

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed property-wide (inside and outdoors) and may include flashing lights, frequent loud noises, cigarette smoke and extreme weather conditions. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (primarily daytime and evening hours), including weekends and holidays; and work may be performed on a full-time or part-time basis.
