Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Escondido, CA is seeking a guest relations professional to greet guests for scheduled sales presentations and provide general information at the gallery. You will ensure guest comfort, offer refreshments, and help assign guests to Sales Executives while tracking tours and leads.

You will manage tour availability, update reports, reconcile leads, and communicate updates to the Front Desk and Marketing Executives.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests for scheduled sales presentations or info at the gallery.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait.
• Assign guests to Sales Executives and track tour rotations.
• Reward premiums to guests after presentations and monitor delivery.
• Maintain neat, stocked common areas in the gallery.
• Input and manage all direct tours and wave availability; reschedules/cancellations.
• Reconcile leads in the computer system and inform Front Desk/Executives.
• Contact preview package customers by telephone and confirm details.
• Provide personal planning services (dining, golf, activities) as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and protect company assets.
