Responsibilities

• Provide access to hygiene items, clothing, cleaning supplies, etc.
• Receive donations, retrieve property, assist in meal serve times, etc.
• Provide information to visitors, volunteers, and donors.
• Report safety, security, and facility concerns to staff and document as needed.
• Conduct regular rounds and maintain radio communications while on duty.
• Perform routine room and locker checks.
• Clean bed areas/rooms for new intakes.
• Complete logs for guest belongings.
• Address crises and contact appropriate support.
• Submit written documentation per agency policy.
