Enterprise Holdings, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Return Agent at the Fort Walton Beach VPS facility. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service during the rental return process and ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.

Shifts include daytime schedules with 12:00pm-8:00pm options, and a September 2026 start with a maximum 90-day window.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Temporary position; up to 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles; log with unit number, date and time.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Discreetly check vehicles for damage on arrival and direct to damage report.
• Keep lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
