You will check guests in and out, maintain our coffee bar and breakfast setup, manage laundry duties, and support event bookings while following security and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience or training desirable.
• Customer service orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out professionally.
• Follow established hotel protocols and procedures.
• Maintain coffee bar and breakfast setup.
• Operate laundry equipment and handle guest laundry.
• Clean and maintain public areas.
• Ensure guest safety and security.
• Support sales efforts by booking rooms and events.
• Follow key control procedures at all times.
• Participate in emergency training procedures.
• Protect guest and hotel confidentiality.
• Adhere to safe lifting procedures.
• Report incidents and injuries.
• Maintain uniform during duty hours.
• Ensure front desk coverage at all times.
