Job summary

Granby Ranch in Granby, Colorado is seeking a Ticket & Reservation Agent (Seasonal, PT/FT) to sell lift tickets, passes, rentals, and lessons, handling calls, emails, and on-site guest requests. You will verify waivers, assist with scanning, and ensure identity matches media at the lift.

On-site duties include customer service, cash handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced mountain resort. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior guest services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or student enrolled.
• Experience in guest services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ski-resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets, passes, rentals, and lessons in person or by phone.
• Assist with reservations and scanning at lifts, verifying waivers.
• Process transactions and uphold privacy policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and safety standards.
• Support other departments during peak times.
