The Guest Services Host is the front-line ambassador of Granby Ranch, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. You will assist visitors with information, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a welcoming and seamless mountain experience. You will support ticketing, rentals, retail, and scanning operations when needed.
