Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a Guest Services Host to be the front-line ambassador for the resort, delivering warm, efficient service to all guests and assisting with information, concerns, and a seamless mountain experience.

You will support ticketing, rentals, retail, and scanning operations as needed; work a part-time, seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays; and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a positive guest journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in High School.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide accurate, friendly information about the resort and services.
• Assist guests with check-ins and inquiries at locations as needed.
• Assist guests with creating online accounts to speed up check-in.
• Monitor and scan passes at the lifts’ Homeowner Lane.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
