Job summary

Hyatt House Mindaro Hotels near Portland International Airport seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and provide information on local attractions. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating a warm, memorable stay for every guest.

Responsibilities include handling reservations and payments accurately, responding to inquiries promptly, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth operations and a top-notch guest

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean 3-year MVR is required.

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service oriented Guest Services Agent to join our team at our exciting new Hyatt House property near Portland International Airport!

As the first point of contact for our Guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every Guest enjoys a positive and memorable stay.
