Job summary

Q Casino + Resort is seeking a Guest Services Representative to handle currency exchanges, cashiering, and guest interactions within the guest service center. You will balance banks, process vouchers, and support promotions and giveaways while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong math and communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment. Schedule includes midweek and weekend shifts; on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Exchange cash with employees and customers.
• Cash payroll checks for employees.
• Operate jackpot and check cashing computers.
• Balance impress banks and verify banks.
• Process vouchers, tickets, and coupons; sell/redeem gift cards as needed.
• Provide guest service and assist with promotions and giveaways.

Exchange and sell currency to guests. Cash personal checks, process cash advances and maintain check acceptance database. Redeems coupons, vouchers, slot tickets and table game cheques.
