Job summary

Q Casino + Resort is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide currency for impress banks, jackpots, and guests. You will exchange cash, cash payroll checks, and process vouchers and gift cards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, accurate money handling, and clear communication over hand-held radios. Training on internal controls is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide currency for impress banks and jackpots and complete table fills.
• Exchange cash with employees and customers.
• Cash payroll checks and personal checks; process travel/currency transactions.
• Process vouchers, tickets, and gift cards; redeem coupons.
