Job summary

Port Madison Enterprises - Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort is seeking a Cashier to process cash transactions with exceptional customer service in a busy casino environment. You will handle cash, checks, gaming chips, and vouchers, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include inventory control of cash and related items, performing various check cashing and credit transactions, and assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Performs cash advances and payroll check cashing.
• Signs in/out keys for shift and communicates with team.
• Troubleshoots basic gaming machine functions when assigned.
• Responds to customer questions and disputes and maintains floor cleanliness.

Minimum of two (2) years large volume cash handling experience is preferred, coupled with a fast-paced business environment.Job Conditions:Conditions include working in a crowded, loud, smoke-filled environment. Guest interactions may become stressful. Conditions will also include frequent interruptions and working evenings, weekends and holidays, including working a rotating schedule.Physical Requirements:Manual and finger dexterity for operation of computers, works in a confine space within gaming machinery and cash process equipment. Ability to lift 25 lbs. and requires to sit and or stand for extend periods of time.
