Job summary

River Hills Scheels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions. Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication and courteous customer service.
• Ability to transfer calls to appropriate associates for further assistance.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition.
• Provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions.
• Be knowledgeable about basic customer inquiries, be courteous while assisting customers, and transfer calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
• Take and relay messages clearly and efficiently.
