Job summary

Scheels Aim High Big Sky Aquatic and Recreation Center is seeking a customer service-focused team member to greet guests, manage admissions, and perform cashier duties in a busy front desk and concession area.

You will enforce rules, answer questions, assist with programs and promotions, and help keep the facility clean and safe, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (per Child Labor Laws).
• Demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency with ability to input data.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk and monitor the lobby during operating hours.
• Handle admissions and counter concession sales.
• Enforce policy rules and regulations.
