Job summary

River Hills Scheels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions. The role requires courteous communication, the ability to transfer calls, and efficient message relay in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have an AA/AS or equivalent or 6 months to 1 year of related experience. The position emphasizes teamwork, ownership of tasks, and delivering a high-quality customer

  Education & Experience:

  The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

  Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

  Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
