This role combines front desk responsibilities with on-site safety and property management tasks, including payments, reports, inspections, and cooperation with the Property Manager. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required, with benefits including

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents, provide information in person and by phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to improve office efficiency.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to address inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct property inspections, document violations, and issue notices.
• Maintain records in the property management system and assist with mail distribution.
• Sort and distribute resident mail accurately.
