Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) is hiring for a Park Ranger/Front Desk in Eustis, Florida. The role involves greeting residents and guests, answering questions, processing payments, and supporting property operations.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, conduct regular property inspections, maintain accurate records, and help with mail distribution and front desk duties. A strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, in person or by phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to improve office efficiency.
• Partner with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Conduct routine property inspections, document rule violations, and issue notices.
• Maintain records of inspections and violations, upload docs to the PM system, and assist with mail distribution and front desk duties.
• Sort and distribute resident mail promptly.
