Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is hiring for a Maintenance - Level I position in Brooksville, Florida. The role supports guest safety, property security, and daily campground operations with a focus on courteous guest service and reliable routine patrols.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and can work weekends/holidays. Experience in security, RV environments, or law enforcement is a bonus, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in security and/or law enforcement, and/or RV environment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays regularly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for issues and potential problems.
• Ensure property security and guest safety.
• Enforce campground rules and assist guests as needed.
• Control guest access at the campground gate.
• Perform routine patrols, inspect rentals and golf carts.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and sell day passes.
