Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Joliet, IL is seeking a motivated Call Center/Guest Services representative to provide exceptional guest interactions and promote Player’s Club benefits. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate guests on promotions, and support event bookings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest services, sales, or call center preferred.
• Must understand and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service by up-selling and knowledgeable about Player’s Club benefits, promotions, events, and casino layout.
• Promotes Player’s Club and handles inbound/outbound calls to support programs and campaigns.
• Handles guest inquiries, requests, and reservation needs with professionalism.
• Maintains accurate data entry and familiarity with multiple systems and programs.
