Job summary

InTown Suites Pittsburgh is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office functions, including check-in/out and reservations.

You'll cover front desk duties when the General Manager is absent, maintain safety standards, handle guest issues, and support property staff with exemplary service and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide courteous guest service.
• Proficient with front office systems and reservations.
• Strong communication, math, and cash handling skills.
• Read, write and speak English; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reservations are taken correctly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out in a timely, efficient manner.
• Represent hotel professionally to guests and staff.
• Assist when General Manager is absent and supervise staff as needed.
• Address guest issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
