Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our hotel team in Georgetown, KY. You will manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with guest requests to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests such as booking tours or restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes, including payments and issuing keys.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
