Job summary

Hampton Inn by Hilton in Georgetown, KY is seeking a welcoming Front Desk Agent to manage check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and reservations. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering the signature Hamptonality as you help guests have a seamless stay.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to balance tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow within the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred, with training offered.
• Experience with Hilton's PeP or property management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in and check-out efficiently with accurate billing.
• Answer phone, take reservations, and assist guest inquiries.
• Manage front desk cash drawers, process payments, and balance shifts.
• Maintain lobby according to brand standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
