Job summary

My Place Hotels of America in Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations and charges in accordance with hotel policy.

You will assist guests with local attractions, answer calls, promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program, and support front desk operations while maintaining accuracy and courtesy. Part-time schedule with opportunities for growth and a potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to coordinate check-ins/outs and handle guest records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in/out, and record room charges per policy.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions and dining.
• Answer calls, manage wake-up calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to guests.
• Assist with front desk records, logs, and nightly audit tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and issues reported.
