Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group, operating HGI Perrysburg, is seeking a dynamic Guest Services/Front Desk Associate. The role focuses on greeting guests, check-in/out, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time opportunity with a starting pay of $15 per hour and a benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), PTO and more. The candidate should have at least one year front desk experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed
• Count bank at start/end; ensure proper cash handling and report cash over/shorts
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assisting with lobby activation as needed
• Utilize proper procedures when handling guest PPI data
• Follow check-in/out checklist; collect ID and payment upon arrival
• Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
